Transpersonal Regression Therapy

Transpersonal Regression Therapy (TRT) is a form of regression therapy developed by Tasso Institute, Netherlands. It is a focused, brief, and result-oriented approach. It works on two levels – the causes and origins of issues are explored and resolved and forgotten positive feelings and sleeping talents are reactivated. Regression is discovering and reliving earlier experiences that have caused present complaints and conditions. Regression therapy involves reliving these experiences to get to forgotten, ignored or repressed memories that are bothering people and reactivates positive feelings and forgotten positive experiences.
Current Life Regression and Inner Child Therapies deal with our impressions and events from our present life which have caused us trauma. Current life regression often deals with childhood trauma, negative experiences and beliefs which affect normal behaviour of an individual and limits him/her from achieving true potential that every human being has. Kavitha Mugesh is a certified transpersonal regression therapist from TASSO Netherlands, and she has been practicing Transpersonal Regression Therapy in her private clinic since many years and this approach and getting excellent results for mental, emotional and physical concerns. She has successfully resolved cases with the issues of infertility, diabetes, migraine, depression, anxiety disorder, pains and aches, fears and phobias, confidence, low self-esteem, career growth, etc.

Benefits

Transpersonal Regression Therapy is extremely effective and brings about faster results as compared to other forms of therapy. The number of sessions needed to gain results is reduced dramatically with the Tasso approach. The Transpersonal Regression Therapy is a three-step process: regression, personification and energy work which basically works from finding the origin of the problems, representing the causes for those, and ultimately providing healing energy to those problems.
The therapy adopts a quite different approach were finding the problem or the origin is the end of the treatment since the diagnosis of any problem will ultimately lead to healing of the same. The authenticity of the therapy speaks for itself because there is no outside help sort in any form and it all revolves around the energy an individual has within

FAQ

What is Regression Therapy?

Regression is reliving former experiences that seemed forgotten or repressed. Complaints like fears, depressions, relationship problems and sexual problems have causes. Even illnesses have causes apart from bacteria or viruses. The same is true for many bodily complaints. Those causes we often forgot. The forgotten life experiences often had emotional wounds that never healed completely, or triggered stubborn, half-conscious beliefs in our mind. Such beliefs only do change when we understand how they started and why we held on to them.

What is Transpersonal Regression Therapy?

Transpersonal Regression Therapy means we go beyond the boundaries of the present personality. Besides past lives we believe there exist other elements, not coming from our own personality, like psychological experiences, telepathic experiences and mystic experiences. Sessions can lead to non – corporal experiences, experiences in the spirit world (life between lives). We are also can-do sessions for others, like a child or someone who is not able to follow this therapy.
We always combine regression sessions with an energetic working method. It’s possible you wear energy of others. This can be an emotion, certain behaviour or a conviction of a family member. This can lead to psychological or mental complaints. By following Transpersonal Regression Therapy these complaints can be released. It’s also possible you lost something of your own energy. This can be recalled by this therapy.

Who is it for?

The therapy is for people who suffer from high intensity anxiety and phobias, social anxiety and for people who find it difficult to connect with other people, extreme depression, loneliness, addictions, sexual problems or eating disorders. It is also for people who feel a general loss of direction, deteriorating mental health and people who are unable to adapt. It can also help those who have some emotional issues that have not been resolved through other therapies. Those who are curious about who they were in a past life.

What’s the difference with talking therapy?

Reliving with understanding eases release of convictions. After people found and relived undigested experiences, emotions discharge and clients feel and understand how their present complaints were connected to the past experiences and regain mental health. Regression therapists retrieve not only forgotten experiences to deactivate problematic repercussions, but also to reactivate positive feelings, good memories and talents that have been lost. Results of regression therapy, like of most psychotherapy, are: • mental results • emotional results • bodily results in talking therapy mostly one of these aspects is neglected. Regression therapy is generally short therapy, though the sessions are longer and more intensive than is usual in psychotherapy.

Why is the transpersonal approach important?

Transpersonal approaches to self-actualization. Meditation and mindfulness practices are significant parts of the transpersonal approach to self-actualization. These practices calm the mind and help an individual focus on the present moment, which allows for a deeper connection with the self and the transcendental. All transpersonal approaches are concerned with accessing and integrating developmental stages beyond the adult ego and with fostering higher human development. Because of this concern, most transpersonal theories deal extensively with matters relating to human values and spiritual experience.
